Embodied Movement Classes are a combination of the movements I love and I believe make the most impact on OVERALL BALANCED FITNESS.
I want your movement practice to be sustainable and fun!
A combination of all my body movement love affairs, embodied movement classes are designed to consciously connect you to your body from the inside out while building strength, flexibility and tone.
Each class is 60 minutes and taught to hip hop music to get you in the mood to move.
All levels welcomed. Different modifications will be offered.
ULTIMATELY, YOU MUST LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. TAKE BREAKS WHEN NEEDED.

You will move in lots of different ways that might be new or silly looking so keep an open mind of what your body can do.
